Refund Policy

Sorry, No  refunds. Organizing a mountain bike event involves substantial upfront costs, including permits, venue rentals, equipment,  safety measures, and marketing efforts. These costs are incurred well before the event date and are often non-refundable. A no refund policy helps cover these costs and allows the event to go ahead as planned.

The first five (5) female and male riders across the finish line, whatever age group, will receive cash prizes. In addition, the top

five (5) riders in each age group receive awards. The top five (5) female and male overall finishers are NOT included in the age group awards.

VOLUNTEERS

This event is entirely run by volunteers!

 

There are no paid event staff. All of the proceeds go directly to building and

maintaining sustainable trails so that future generations can enjoy the splendor of

our unique region.

​

Volunteers are critical to the success of this great event. We had nearly 90 dedicated

volunteers in previous years who generously gave of their time and talents to make

this event safe and memorable.
